A Kelowna woman was shaken, but unharmed after being approached by an armed man at a local bank.
RCMP say the 39-year-old woman was about to enter the CIBC at Cooper Road and Harvey Avenue Saturday at 9:30 p.m. to use the ATM when a man yelled at her to stop.
When she turned to the voice, it was a man dressed all in black holding a knife.
The woman ran back to her car and locked her doors as the male approached. He then fled the area.
An RCMP dog led police to a backpack and a person of interest who was released without charge.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Kelowna RCMP or Crime Stoppers 1-800-222-8477.
