REGINA – The 2014 CFL schedule has been released and here are some key dates for the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

This year the Riders are opening their regular season at home on Sunday, June 29th. The regular season opener will be a 2013 Grey Cup rematch as the Hamilton Tiger-Cats will visit Mosaic Stadium for a 5:00PM kick-off.

The Roughriders’ regular season home schedule has them playing at Mosaic Stadium on Friday (one game), Saturday (four games) and Sunday (four games). Each team will visit Regina once, with Edmonton being the only team to visit twice.

The Roughriders’ away schedule has them playing on the road on Thursday (one game), Friday (two games), Saturday (two games), Sunday (three games), and Monday (one game). They will visit each team once and visit Winnipeg a second time.

Once again the Saskatchewan Roughriders will host the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the traditional Labour Day Classic on Sunday, August 31st for a 2:00PM local kick-off time.

The first chance you will get to see the 2014 Riders is in their first pre-season game on Saturday, June 14th when the Ottawa Redblacks ‘host’ the Riders at Mosaic Stadium.
