CALGARY – Stuntman and former Jackass star Steve-O has posted a photo online which appears to show him scaling a sculpture of a giant head in the city’s downtown core.
The sculpture, created by artist Jaume Plensa, is titled “Wonderland” and sits prominently outside of the Bow building on 6 Avenue S.E.
The comedian added the photo to his Facebook page and Twitter account on Sunday night. It shows him dressed in black with what appears to be a security guard staring up at him as he nears the top of the statue.
The picture was accompanied with the caption “Why would they put this awesome jungle gym right in downtown Calgary if they didn’t want me to climb to the top?”

Meanwhile, Councillor Druh Farrell is not amused.
“We want art that people can enjoy and get close to and that’s the wonderful thing about Wonderland. You can go inside it and see a completely different perspective and the last thing we want to do is to block people off,” she said.
Farrell warns that could happen if there are more incidents.
Steve-O, whose real name is Stephen Glover, was in Calgary for a series of performances at the Laugh Shop.
The star posted several photos while in town, including one of him at the Calgary International Airport with the caption “They let me into Calgary! Last time I was here I spent fifteen hours in jail cell- this weekend is going to rule!”
