LETHBRIDGE- A Lethbridge man is facing serious charges of sexual assault and incest, following a lengthy investigation.
Police believe the man sexually assaulted his nine-year-old daughter on a number of occasions, between June 2012 and this January. Two of her friends—a seven-year-old and a nine-year-old—were also victimized last summer.

The suspect was arrested on Wednesday and is now in custody, facing three counts of invitation to sexual touching, and one count each of sexual assault, incest and sexual interference. He cannot be named to protect his daughter’s identity.
The man is set to appear in court on Jan. 31.
