The Arctic air mass is still refusing to budge and, once again, overnight lows are expected to be around -20 C.
But a low pressure system is making its way into the region, and ahead of that will be strong southwesterly winds around 50 km/h that will make it feel close to -30 C or -35 C. Stronger gusts of close to 80 km/h are possible near the shores of the Great Lakes.
