Dutch withdrawal from Afghanistan harbinger of Canadian dilemma

In a foretaste of what a Canadian withdrawal from Kandahar in 2011 could mean, a Pushtun leader in neighbouring Uruzgan said that if the Dutch leave his province next year, his tribe will either seek Taliban protection or flee the country.
