DELISLE, Sask. – One person has been killed after a crash on Highway 7 just west of Delisle, Saskatchewan.

The crash happened between a tractor-trailer and a pickup truck on Monday afternoon.

The driver of the pickup was declared dead at the scene.

The coroner and a collision reconstructionist were called in to assist with the investigation.

Highway 7 was closed for several hours.
