Police say a vehicle was seen fleeing erratically from the area North on 128th Street.  The vehicle is described as a green SUV or pick-up truck towing a box utility trailer.

Both men were known to police.

Back then, investigators said the murders did not seem to be gang related.

“IHIT would like to acknowledge the families that have had the difficult endeavor of losing a loved one through homicide,” said Cpl. Dominic Duchesneau in a press release. “Investigators are very motivated in finding who is responsible for these murders.  Today, on this anniversary, we ask those with the intimate details of this double murder to come forward with information and assist us in finding who is responsible.”
