In June, Katie Couric’s daytime show will wrap up after two seasons. The fate of freshman show Bethenny hasn’t yet been announced.
Latifah, 43, will face new competition in the fall from Meredith Viera’s new talk show and The Real — a panel show with Tamera Mowry-Housley, Tamar Braxton, Loni Love, Adrienne Bailon and Jeannie Mai.
Before the launch of The Queen Latifah Show, the host told Global News she was confident her A-list friends would be guests.
“They want to have a home where they can come and feel comfortable and have real conversations and do fun stuff and not just promote whatever they have going on,” she said.
