The video of Belka was uploaded on March 15, 2012, but recently was discovered by popular websites, including Buzzfeed, which posted it on Friday.
The Kandiurin family, who own Belka, have been inundated by calls to their Churchill, Man., home about the video, which features the tiny pup on Dmytri Kandiurin’s chest, doing its best to howl. The family breeds the dogs in the northern city.
