TORONTO – Police renewed calls for information about a missing woman and her five-week-old child who were last seen Tuesday.
Christina Lynn Potter – who sometimes goes by Christina Lynn Nunez Guzman – was last seen at approximately 9:30 p.m. near Eglinton Avenue and Markham Road.
Police believe she has with her a five-week-old infant.
“There is growing concern as the days continue to pass and we’ve had no information or sightings of the child,” Toronto Police Const. Wendy Drummond said at an afternoon press conference.
Drummond also voice concerns about the lack of information they have about the infant.
“We don’t even have a name at this point,” she said.
Drummond described Christina, 30, as a white female, approximately 5 foot 6 inches with a heavier build, shoulder-length blonde hair with blue eyes. She might be wearing an eyebrow ring.
Police are requesting anyone with information to please contact them or Crime Stoppers.
