During the search RCMP discovered a grow-op in the home consisting of 19 mature marijuana plants, 34 starter plants and approximately 3.5 lbs. of harvested marijuana.

Police have charged a 15-year-old male who cannot be named due to his age and 43-year-old Shelly Kallichuk with production of marijuana. Kallichuk has also been charged with possession of marijuana for the purposes of trafficking.

Both are set to appear in a Melville courtroom on Jan. 13, 2014.
