On Friday, A judge ruled there was enough evidence for Spencer Jordan (Meika’s father from a previous marriage) and his girlfriend Marie Magoon to stand trial for the first-degree murder of the young girl.

Both Jordan and Magoon were initially charged with second degree murder, but those charges were later upgraded.

The pair will remain in custody until the trial.

So far, no date for the trial has been set.
