A woman is dead after a serious vehicle-pedestrian crash in south Winnipeg Wednesday night, police say.
Police said the woman was hit by a northbound Honda Accord, driven by a 21-year-old man, on Pembina Highway around 10:20 p.m.
The woman was taken to hospital in critical condition, where she later died.

Police continue to investigate and are asking anyone with information or dashcam footage to call the traffic division at 204-986-7085 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-8477 (TIPS).
