A popular travelling art exhibition is planning a stop in Winnipeg.
“Beyond Monet: The Immersive Experience” will open at the RBC Convention Centre for a one-month residency on Dec. 1.
The showcase projects more than 400 pieces of the French artist’s work on a loop, with props stationed throughout the room.
The tour will also have select dates for an encore of the Beyond Van Gogh show, which came to Winnipeg in 2022 and sold six million tickets on its worldwide tour.
Winnipeg is the last Canadian city the Monet show will tour in, with exhibits in Calgary and Toronto already closed.
