The Calgary Pride Festival and Parade takes place each Labour Day long weekend, with thousands gathering in celebration of gender and sexual diversity. Continuing this year, due to health guidelines related to COVID-19, Calgary Pride will continue to evolve. Calgary Pride 2021 will take place with both in-person and virtual programming.
B!G Pride 2021 will also have your favourite community-hosted #OurPride events back in an exciting way. Ever paddled down the Bow River to show PRIDE? #OurPride ‘s community-hosted events are your chance!
Official Calgary Pride events are free to attend, or by donation. In order to keep our communities as safe as possible during COVID-19, capacity is limited at in-person events and pre-registration may be required.

Calgary Pride 2021 is excited to be working with B!G ART to celebrate from our homes, businesses, streets and cars at the B!G ART Drive-in, featuring treasured local acts and exciting headliners! In true Pride style, a series of events will be offered that delight, excite, capture, captivate and most importantly CELEBRATE the community. This year’s Pride Week (August 27 – September 6, 2021) is excited to share what’s happening in the gender and sexually diverse community throughout Calgary!
