Mister Chen’s kicks off their Tour of Asia dinner series this month! Guests will be introduced to the dynamic flavours of Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines through a plated dinner that includes a dish from each region while being challenged to make a dipping sauce that accompanies each dish. This interactive and educational dinner will run every second month to give food enthusiasts the opportunity to explore Asian food and culture, while showcasing chef Shaun Desaulniers diverse culinary skill set and chef Shamir’s beverage pairing suggestions.
