2018 BULLS AND BIKES SHOW RETURNS TO THE PARIS FAIRGROUNDS IN SUPPORT OF HELP A CHILD SMILE
Join us for a spectacle to remember featuring the most dangerous sport in the world – bull riding – as it makes its return to the Paris Fairgrounds alongside superbike legend Jordan Szoke as GREATRODEO.COM presents the 2018 Bulls and Bikes show on Sunday July 8th, 2018 in support of Help A Child Smile.
Two of the world’s most exciting spectator sports: bull riding and extreme motocross come together to give spectators an exhilarating experience they’ll never forget! Witness the heart-pumping spectacle of competitive bull riding as top hands from across the world face off against a 2,000 pound of raging bull in a timed test of sheer survival. All riders will be competing for the coveted qualifying spots at the International Professional Rodeo Finals and thousands of dollars in prize money.
The 2018 Bulls and Bikes show also features Canada’s most decorated motorcycling legend Jordan Szoke (http://www.jordanszoke.com), winner of over 22 National championships in his 23 year career. Jordan changed the record books in 2010 when he earned both Superbike and Sportbike championships for 5 years consecutively. Jordan also holds the record for the most Superbike Championships in Canadian History with 12 in total. His seventh title in 2010, his tenth title in 2015, and his eleventh title in 2016 was achieved with an unprecedented perfect season. Jordan and his Freestyle Extreme Team will put on a thrilling display of trials skills and jaw-dropping stunt riding that will defy physics and gravity. Jordan’s team also features a team of freestyle motocross jumpers that will leave the crowd gasping as they witness their high-flying jumps!
Help A Child Smile (www.helpachildsmile.com) is a charity dedicated to bringing joy into the lives of children with cancer. HACS was founded in 1987 in honour of Kacey Lynn Rainville, whose wish to go to Canada’s Wonderland inspired family and friends to “Help a Child Smile.” Since then, HACS has helped, and is currently helping, over 800 families with children being treated at McMaster Children’s Hospital in Hamilton, Ontario. HACS supports families in need by providing welcome packages which include a parking pass, gas card and phone card. HACS also covers the families cost to stay next to McMaster Children’s Hospital at Hamilton’s Ronald MacDonald House, the Bravery Bead Programme, Elma Cream Programme, the Fertility Clinic and provides access to computers, DVD players and educational materials about cancer. HACS also hosts a bereavement night for families, a teen night, and a variety of family events throughout the year including fundraisers, trips to Disney on Ice, African Lion Safari, Canada’s Wonderland, and a family trip to Disney World.
