The very amazing, talented Lowell Friesen will be playing his guitar in the vineyard, while certified instructor Aleena McKinnon with Buddha beats yoga guides you through a wonderful yoga class over looking Okanagan lake. Upon you’re arrival you will get a glass of bubbly. This class is about relaxing and letting go. We will move very slowly a moving meditation with the breath. Watery, fluid, rhythmic, simple, sweet movements to the strum of Lowell’s guitar. After class we will enjoy a two course lunch, and of course, an array of wines to keep you hydrated throughout the day. All levels welcome. We recommend bringing your yoga mat.
