880 CHED is excited to support the Edmonton Opera’s Siegfried running in the Maclab Theatre at Citadel Theatre from May 25th – 31st!
In Siegfried, a young man raised in isolation sets out to discover where he comes from and what kind of person he wants to be. Along the way he reforges his father’s sword, confronts a dragon, and begins to see the world beyond the forest where he grew up.
Edmonton Opera closes the 2025/26 season with Siegfried. A monumental story told in an intimate space, where the audience sits close enough to feel the full force of Wagner’s music and the human story at its center.
