It’s Sarah Crosbie’s Easter Taco Drive Presented by Calgary Co-Op!
But, why?
1/ I love tacos (and other Mexican dishes like chilaquiles). My wedding dinner was guacamole and tortilla chips.
2/ Easter taco dinner allows you to reimagine your own special occasion family dinners. We’re a smaller family of three – so, for us, it makes more sense to do tacos than a ham or turkey dinner with all the sides.
3/ Putting a together a Mexican night is a fun family activity: Chicken and pineapple tacos? Burrito with refried beans? Rice bowl? Possibilities are endless. You can shop for your family and buy extra items for the Calgary Food Bank.
4/ Did I mention I love tacos?
