We will be hosting our first annual Train the Trainer event in support of the Canadian Mental Health Association-Calgary. Train the Trainer events are nothing new but what makes this specific event so unique is that we are bringing in over 30 independent fitness professional from across the city under one roof to raise $25,000.00 for the CMHA-Calgary. This is a family friendly event with so many activities for the whole family, like truck pulls, inflatable obstacle course, silent auction, 50/50 temporary tattoos, music, dunk tanks and so much more. 100% of the proceeds will be going to the CMHA.
