All are invited to bask in the summer heat along the boardwalk with family and friends, while enjoying a variety of seafood fished from local waters. Spot Prawn Day at the Spot Prawn and Seafood Celebration WHAT: This year, the biggest day of the Richmond Spot Prawn and Seafood Celebration is even more ‘jumbo’, with activities for all ages happening between Fisherman’s Wharf and The Gulf of Georgia Cannery. From 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., aspiring seafood chefs can learn the tricks of the trade from seasoned local professionals at the Culinary Stage.
