The Fraser Valley Symphony is excited to open its 40th Anniversary 2023-2024 Season with “Mozart and Mendelssohn” concert on Sunday afternoon, November 12. Our featured violin soloist is David Gillham, UBC professor of music, and previously awarded the Queen Elizabeth Golden Jubilee Medal for his contribution to Canadian music. Celebrating its 40th Anniversary Season, the Fraser Valley Symphony founded in 1984 is the premier community orchestra of the region and is comprised of brilliant musicians from Abbotsford and surrounding communities.
