  As we celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Global Winnipeg, we are giving away prizes to thank the community for all the support. Global’s Michelle Lissel recently dropped into the Children’s Hospital with 40 colourful balloons, foam Global News microphones and a basket of crafts.
