Sarah Palin’s turkey pardon:

After pardoning the turkey, Palin did an interview while the camera captured the gruesome fate of some of the unpardoned fowl.

It may not be as famous as Charlie Brown’s Christmas, but the thanksgiving feast the morose boy shares with his friends is considered a heart-warming holiday classic by many.

If only turkeys could fly. In this famous television episode, the fictional station manager of WKRP arranges to have live turkeys dropped from a helicopter. Too bad the birds can’t fly.
