The Supreme Court came down hard Thursday against two men charged in the sex slaying of Edmonton teen Nina Courtepatte.
The 13-year-old was raped and beaten to death with a wrench and a sledgehammer after being lured from the West Edmonton Mall and taken to a golf course on the pretext of going to a bush party in 2005.
