Pictures from a surveillance video show the blue-fronted Amazon parrot under a man’s arm outside a Pets Unlimited store. The suspect shoplifted the bird, while another man distracted staff, said Jim Harrison, district sales manager at Pets Unlimited. It is not clear whether the man in the surveillance photo is the man who is charged.
