A power rail problem between 22nd Street and Metrotown Stations is causing significant delays on the Expo line.

Translink says they are doing power rail upgrades in the area.

People on the train reported hearing what sounded like an explosion, but Translink says it is similar to a breaker blowing and is not an explosion.

The trains are running on a single track now, so people will be able to get through but expect major delays.
