Officials hold press conference on Boston bombing

Local and federal officials have just completed a press conference today at 10AM and said they were following up on leads from the public but that no one was in custody after two bombs exploded near the finish line of the Boston Marathon a day earlier.

“A couple points I want to mention. I told you yesterday the FBI has taken charge. It’s important to clarify that two and only two explosive devices were found.”

“Over 150 people were injured yesterday. Our thoughts go out to all those injured and killed.”

“It’s our hope that tomorrow we will organize an interfaith prayer service to help our community heal.”

“There’s support centre open to help people cope with this extraordinary event.”
