A woman had to be rescued with the Vernon Search & Rescue winch helicopter after a fall at Skaha Bluffs.
Dale Jorgenson with Penticton and District Search & Rescue said his team got the call at around 8:40 Friday morning.

A ground crew was sent in to stabilize the woman while the Vernon team readied.
Jorgenson said the woman was in an area that was very difficult to extricate her from.
She was taken straight to Kelowna General Hospital with very serious injuries.
