Investigators in West Kelowna are trying to figure out why a truck burst into flames Tuesday, but RCMP are also looking into the blaze.
The red vehicle, parked in the middle off a field off Gellatly Road, was reported to be on fire shortly before 4 p.m.

Witnesses called 9-1-1 after hearing an explosion.
The vehicle was engulfed in flames when crews arrived.
The truck is apparently connected to an RCMP incident earlier today in West Kelowna, but police have not released any details.
