Man in serious condition following vehicle collision west of Tillsonburg

Oxford OPP are investigating after a single-vehicle collision west of Tillsonburg on Friday left one person with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

According to investigators, the collision occurred around 9:30 p.m. on Pigram Road south of Ostrander Road when a Suzuki SUV lost control, left the roadway, and rolled, ejecting the adult male driver. The vehicle came to a rest on its side, and the adult male passenger contacted emergency services, police said.

Police, fire, and EMS attended the scene, and the driver of the SUV was taken to hospital for serious but non-life threatening injuries. The passenger was treated at the scene by paramedics and was released.

No further information about the collision has been released.

The incident remains under investigation, and police have asked witnesses of the collision to contact them at 1-888-310-1122.
