A Toronto man is facing charges related to the possession and distribution of child pornography online.
Officers from the Toronto Police Sex Crimes Child Exploitation Section executed a search warrant at an address near Kingston Road and Warden Avenue in Scarborough, on Monday.
Investigators allege that 59-year-old Gregory William Dennis had accessed, possessed and distributed child sexual abuse material under the moniker of “Williegeedee”.
Dennis is charged with two counts of possession of child pornography, access to child pornography and distribution of child pornography.
As of Tuesday afternoon, the accused was listed on Humber College’s website as a part-time faculty member in the School of Media Studies and Information Technology.
