Toronto Police have identified the victim of a deadly shooting in East York Saturday night.
Police said officers responded to a call at 6:22 p.m. about shots fired on Thorncliffe Park Drive near Overlea Boulevard.

Shoaib Asakzai, 25, was found in a back parking lot with gunshot wounds, police said.

He was transported to a trauma centre where he later died of his injuries.
