A home in the Sainte-Rose district of Laval was damaged by a fire Sunday night.

Nobody was in the house at the time which is located on Pierre-Chasseur Street, according to Jean-Sébastien Roch, chief of operations for the Laval fire department.
Damages are estimated at $170,000 and investigators are on the scene.
