RCMP are investigating after a man was struck by a vehicle while walking along Highway 743 near Township Road 844 around 2:24 a.m. Sunday morning.

Emergency crews attempted to resuscitate the 53-year-old man, from Peace River, but he died on scene.
An RCMP Collision Analyst is helping with the investigation which RCMP said would include: “All possible contributing factors.”
The name of the deceased will not be released.
