There are a number of school closures and bus cancellations across the province due to icy road conditions Wednesday morning.
- Lakeshore School Division: all schools are closed.
- Turtle Mountain School Division: all schools are closed.
- Pine Creek School Division: all schools are closed. Staff reassigned to work from home.
- Brandon School Division: school buses are not running outside the City of Brandon. Buses will be running within the city.
- Alexander School is closed.
- École O’Kelly School is closed.
- Spring Valley Colony School is closed.
- Division Scolaire Franco-Manitobaine (DSFM), there are three school closures.
- Gilbert-Rosset in St. Claude.
- Ecole régionale Notre-Dame in Notre Dame de Lourdes.
- École la Source in Shilo.
- Fort La Bosse School Division: all schools are closed.
- Rolling River School Division: all schools are open and buses are not running.
- Beautiful Plains School Division: Buses are not running for the entire division.
- Brookdale, J.M Young and Colony schools are closed. All other schools are open.
- Prairie Spirit School Division: all schools are closed.
- Prairie Rose School Division: all classes are cancelled, staff asked to attend only if it is safe to do so.
- Care-A-Lot For Tots Daycare and school age programs in Fisher Branch: closed.
