The provincial government is launching a campaign to raise awareness of online privacy.
The minister responsible for Access to Information, Rita de Santis, is aiming her campaign at teens aged 14 to 17.
De Santis wants to get the message across that tech savvy teens need to be careful about what information they share on social media.

The minister will be touring with actor Nicolas Ouellet to spread the message.
She also said during a press conference at the Georges-Vanier Cultural Centre she will introduce legislation into the National Assembly to increase privacy but adds it won’t be enough.
“The law alone can’t change how people behave,” de Santis said.
“If I want to protect my personal information, I am the one person who can make it happen.”
The campaign will end in May 2017.
