A 37-year-old woman is dead following an early morning car crash in Regina’s north end on Tuesday.
According to police a car lost control in the 2100 block of 9th Ave N. and hit a tree, the female driver who was the only person in the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers had tried to stop the same vehicle just before the accident at Albert Street and 1st Avenue North, after reports it was seen driving erratically but the vehicle managed to evade the police.
