Friends and family of missing hiker Gordon Sagoo are renewing their pleas for help to get him home safely.
Search and Rescue crews were first called out on Sunday night to look for him in the Chilliwack River Valley and he was last seen near Baby Munday Peak.
The 50-year-old man had set off for a day hike in the Cheam Mountain Range and friends and family say he is an experienced hiker who knows the area well.
Sagoo has been missing for five days and his family said they do not believe he has the equipment he needs to survive in the mountains for a long time.
Search and Rescue crews from around the region have been scouring the area but have not found a trace of him.
A fundraising page has now been set up to benefit the rescuers who have been searching tirelessly for Sagoo.
