The Male Cancer Awareness Campaign (MCAC) is taking to the skies.

The United Kingdom-based organization officially launched its SKYBALLS campaign last week, sending a giant hot air balloon in the shape of testicles into the sky.

MCAC is known for its innovative and fun campaigns to raise male cancer awareness. They have mascots such as Mr. TesticlesNear Naked Man (for prostate cancer) and James Bum 002 (for bowel cancer). Their efforts are geared to bringing male cancer to the forefront of health and reducing embarrassment.

While some might find the hot air balloon unappealing, MCAC’s goal is to get people talking.

“…Imagine the chatter, the buzz and the social media likes when you post a picture of a floating pair of balloon-sized balls! This is what awareness looks like,” the organization posted on its website.

The balloon will be attending various festivals in upcoming months.

The Canadian Cancer Society estimates that in 2015, more than 1,000 men were diagnosed with testicular cancer. Testicular Cancer Canada says that the form of cancer is the most common cancer in men aged 15 to 29. However, there’s good news: it is also the most treatable if detected early.

As women are encouraged to check for breast cancer, men are encouraged to do the same. Here’s how.
