New Brunswick’s Financial and Consumer Services Commission has cancelled the licences of a Saint John real estate manager and his agency.
The commission says the licences of Gerald David Webster and Unity Realty Inc. — which was doing business as Realty Executives Saint John — were cancelled as of July 12th.
It says Webster refused to comply with an order of the director related to his trust account, and is the subject of a disciplinary hearing before the New Brunswick Real Estate Association.
The move follows audits conducted by the association and the commission on Unity Realty’s trust account, which allegedly revealed irregularities.
