Bus driver may have ran red light, causing Kelowna crash

KELOWNA — Four people have been taken to hospital after a three-vehicle collision involving a retirement home bus.

The impact flipped a silver Jeep on its side.

It happened Thursday morning at the intersection of Enterprise Way and Hardy Street.

“The investigation is revealing, so far, that the bus may have ran the light, colliding with the Jeep,” said RCMP Cst. Gared Chapman.

The third vehicle sustained minor damages.

Two people from the Jeep and two people from the bus were sent to hospital.

BC Ambulance Services say all four patients were in stable condition.
