Man sought after boy allegedly approached in a Saskatoon park

Saskatoon police are looking for a suspicious man after a boy was allegedly approached while walking through a park in Massey Place.

According to police, the 10-year-old was walking through the park in the 1000-block of Northumberland Avenue at around 8:30 p.m. CT on Monday when he was approached by a man.

The boy told police the man attempted to grab his arm. He was able to break free and run home.

The man is described as being between 30 and 40, approximately five-foot eight to 11, with a slim build, bald with no facial hair and what are described as “veiny” arms.

He is reported to have an eastern European accent and was wearing a light grey muscle shirt with pink, blue and white stripes.
