A driver has been killed in a major collision between a car and a tractor-trailer in Brampton.
Peel Regional Police say the crash occurred around 1:45 p.m. Monday on Queen Street near McVean Drive.
They say a middle-aged male driver died at the scene and that no one else was injured.
Not long after, a three-vehicle fender-bender involving another tractor-trailer occurred near the site of the crash. Police say no one was injured.
The road closed for investigators but reopened around 6 p.m.
