TORONTO — Police say a medical call is now being investigated as a homicide.
Police say they were called to a report of a medical emergency in a north Toronto neighbourhood shortly before 6:30 a.m. Sunday.

They say that when they arrived, they found a man with life-threatening injuries.
Soon after, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators are not yet releasing the type of injuries the man sustained.
Police say they’ve arrested one man in connection with the death, and the incident is being treated as a homicide.
