WINNIPEG — When you dial 311 for city information there are two options, English or French.
That is soon about to change. Starting Monday, when you call the city service it will sound a lot different, with three new menu options.
The email you need for the day's
top news stories from Canada and around the world.
One will send you to a representative that specializes in assessments and taxes. Another connects you to someone for animal services.
The third transfers you to transit information.
It’s part of a plan to make the service better for callers, by reducing wait times and offering more precise information.
