Body found on Saint-Jacques Escarpment

MONTREAL – A grisly discovery was made late Sunday night in NDG.

People hiking along the Saint-Jacques Escarpment found a badly decomposed body in the wooded area below Saint-Jacques Boulevard.

Police technicians were called in to investigate.

There was no evidence of foul play.

An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death, as well as to identity the body.
