WINNIPEG — The Trans-Canada Highway from Ste. Anne to the Ontario border has reopened.
Manitoba highway officials reopened the highway just after 9:00 a.m on Friday. The portion of the highway was closed Thursday evening and early Friday morning due to “poor winter driving conditions”.
Highways around the city are partly snow-covered with some drifting snow, but visibility is listed as “fair”.
